Does the protein contain caffeine?
Yes, our tea-based flavors (such as Classic Milk Tea, Matcha, and Taro) contain natural caffeine derived from real tea leaves. The caffeine content varies per serving and is listed on each product page. We also offer caffeine-free options for late-night cravings.
Are the tapioca pearls included with the protein powder?
Our protein powders are sold separately to give you full control over your macros. However, we do sell instant, low-calorie protein boba pearls that can be added to any shake for the full boba experience.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags for safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your first order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
